A person who has been granted permission to inspect a missal or document shall, within seven days from the date of obtaining such permission, give twenty-four hours notice of the date of inspection to the custodian of records in writing on the margin of the order. The custodian of records shall allow the petitioner to inspect the missal or document in his office in the record room between eleven o'clock and four o'clock on the said day.
